About Me
Hey guys, my name is Riccardo as you might already know. I created alizee-fanpage.com and alizee-forum.com.
But first a litte about myself.I'm from Germany and lived 2 years in Australia and 1 year in Asia. I was working as a model and still doing i. If you want to read more about what I did and what I'm going to do check out my blog with my latest travels at blog.riccardo-ulpts.com !
For all those people who love Paris , the picture on the right is me in Paris, a few days before the first Alizée concert started...
It was incredible, but let me report about concerts, friends and stuff later.
Hope that wasn't too short but if you really want to know more, contact me, check my blog or my website at www.riccardo-ulpts.com .
Cheers,
Riccardo
Now comes the more interesting part. I started the site because one day I was watching VIVA (man that's a shame
), a German TV Music broadcasting station. There I saw a little girl dancing in discos, yeah and the strange thing was it wasn't english or german, it was french.
Yeah and finally the song's name was Moi...Lolita. To spell out the truth I must confess that I never ever was interested in french music. But this moment changed my mind. I needed some time to realize how cute and talented she is and started doing my own little fanpage.
This little fanpage you are currently viewing was becoming more and more popular. Hours, sometimes the whole day I was working on that website to try to make it the best fanpage about Alizée. I contacted hundreds of people and found many friends helping me, for example Jean Baptiste, Robin Spark, CPA, Mel, Backinblack, Mayhem, KrazyKanadian, Morpheus, Tapetor and many more. Sorry guys you were so many that I can't list everybody, maybe later when I'm not that busy.
Yeah what happened, the site become so popular that we have had millions of visitors since the start in February 2002. After making that fanpage I was making the forum. But somehow all things went wrong, I did not have my best time. I was very down about personal things and so, and that caused quarrels with the German fan club… yeah things have been cleared up now and we are supporting each other.
But then I decided to start a new international forum again. It was the right decision I think. But everything was not as easy as it seems. Setting up a forum is not that hard. Managing it in contrast is very difficult.
The biggest problem was, that we needed a new server.
Everything seemed fine, but as the forum grew and grew the speed goes down and about several months we hardly tried to get that fixed. Then we bought another new server which is still running and will hopefully do its job in the future. 1000 times thanks to Tapetor a German friend which who I have been in Paris too. He is supporting me a lot, thx man. Without him we wouldn't have any chance to visit this Alizée forum respectively the fanpage anymore.
Now the forum has become the biggest and fastest growing international Alizée community. We have organized trips to Paris , big thx to Dusty who organized everything, without him we wouldn't have met each other. So many Alizée Fans. That was incredible.
Me @ Alizée Concerts, Paris 26-08-2003 (France)
Puhh now comes the difficult and long part. I try not to include everything to make it a little bit easier to read
. The first concert was on the 26 August in 2003. I tried to get some people coming with me, yeah and due to the fact I had 2 tickets, I found one person from Berlin. His name is Lars and another one, Tapetor (Erik) from Nienburg/Weser (near Hannover).
We all went by plain there, Lars and me in the same plain and Erik in a different one. We finally arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport on 23. August 2003.
After 3 hours of looking for Erik arrived with another plane we took the RER to the centre of Paris. Yeah you might have to know that only Erik ordered an apartment, Lars and I didn't
. Yeah that's why he had to walk another hours with our bags through the city to find a suitable cheap apartment. Yeah and we found one for 22€ a night, which is really cheap in the centre of Paris. But it was like a youth hotel, about what I have no problems about. Many people in one room, Lars and I, some canadians and americans, irish people and so on yeah, multicultural. The canadians and I yeah we did some sightseeing and among other things we went to The Luvre. We had a lot of fun there, especially those crazy canadians, just watch those pictures here![]()

25. August, We went to the Olympic Hall first because we thought that Alizée is doing some sound checks and so. Asking several people we didn't get any useful information. Then Lars ran into the hall because he heard Alizée music coming out of the hall. I couldn't believe it, this fucking crazy guy ran into the Olympic hall. Instinctively Erik and I followed him. There we saw some technicians testing the lights and sounds.
Officially no one was allowed to go into the hall so they wanted us to leave the hall, what we afterwards of course because we didn't want to get into trouble. Then other members of the team asked us whether we made pictures or not, but we didn't (On the right you see a picture that shows pretty much the same situation, the stage). They were sceptical but we were able to leave without any trouble.
26. August, I went there in the morning at about 9-10am. I had been waiting there for like 10 hours!!! I can say pretty sure that I was one of the first people sitting there on the ground of the concert hall entry (You can see some pictures below this paragraph). But I tried to reduce the time by talking to some really nice french people. They gave me something to eat and something to drink, yeah I couldn't believe, maybe they didn't know I was German
. It was really amazing. Later than Erik and Lars arrived too.
![]()
But then the bodyguards came and we had to go outside, in front of the Olympic hall. That was really sucking!!! Hours of waiting for nothing. But anyway I got the place I wanted. Reaching the first row I was sooooo happy I couldn't believe it. It was really great; I can't verbalize my feelings...
A little timetable about the main things which happened follows:
- 7:30 pm we were sitting on our seats.
- 8.30 pm: The One-T arrives (French touch with an American singer and some pretty good dancers)
- 8.50 pm: end of T-one concert
- 8.55 pm: Break
- 9.05 pm: Alizée started her show...!!!
The design of the stage? A big pink high-heel shoe (very big)! Alizée sit down on the shoe but we didn't see her... Then the shoe turns towards us and Alizée appears on the top. The public is in a trance, screaming and clapping his hands, tapping on the ground with its feet. What an ambiance! She began with "L'Alizé" ! Alizée first words to the audience were simple: "I'm happy to be here for my first concert, Thanks for being here, I wish you a great time…"
Here are the songs in the order she performed it:
- L'Alizé
- Hey Amigo !
- Toc de Mac
- J'en ai marre !
- Lui ou toi
- Gourmandises
- L'e-mail a des ailes
- Mon maquis
- J. B. G.
- Moi... Lolita
- Amélie m'a dit
- Parler tout bas
- C'est trop tard
- Youpidou
- Tempête
- A contre-courant
- J'ai pas vingt ans
Alizée makes a "fausse sortie" and the public wants another one... Screaming: "Alizée!!!, Alizée!!! , Alizée !!!"
The 17 and last song was J'ai pas 20 ans. Alizée said she had spent a wonderful moment... She thanks everyone. Her last words were "Merci Mylène et Laurent".
The concert was finished!
But let me tell u the best thing happened to me. The photographer which was walking in front of me was making photos from Alizée and he made 3 photos of me!!! Yeah he was talking to me during the concert. You guys don't know how happy i was and how happy I'm to know him. He's a nice guy... He took one photo while I was clapping, another one showing Alizée's present, the T-Shirt. And the best thing, he made one photo while I was touching Alizée's hand I think.
The concert was finished and I talked to Robin, the star photographer. We talked about my website, where I'm coming from and so. Then he wanted me to stay there for some days to make photos of me for Alizée, and yes I wanted but my plane was leaving the next day
Man you can't believe how sad I was. But I left him my address in the hope he will contact me again.
After the concert I got to know a lot of people, some from Sweden, from France, and so on. Greets to all those nice people!!!!
![]()
BTW I also got to know the man who officially made the picture I was wearing with 3 other guys on my T-Shirt, he wondered about such a good quality... There were so many ppl, and some of them saying hi Riccardo which makes me wonder, it was so incredible...
Sitting in the Airport I got a phone call, great it was Robin. We talked about several things, about getting back to Paris and so on. Then it was time to leave. Sadly but I must leave, school was waiting in Germany
. But I promised him to get back to Paris as soon as possible. I couldn't really realize what happened the last days, man but I touched her, yes I touched Alizée 2 times.
IT WAS AMAZING!!!

Yeah the second concert I visited was a very special one. I did not buy any ticket for that concert because Robin, you might remember, the photographer I met on my first concert promised me to get a ticket for free there. On 19. December I went to Hannover by train where Erik was waiting to pick me up. Our journey started. We went to Paris by car.
It took like I think 8 hours to Reims, or more? I don't know anymore. We arrived in Reims, yeah my first impression was not so good. Reims seemed not so beautiful as i expected. The first we did in Reims, yeah damn how could it be was eating. Where you may ask, and I must admit that we had lunch at Mc Donalds. But it became better the deeper we got into that city. It was nice, but empty somehow... I mean it was before Christmas time, everything was decorated but empty ?!? The next thing was that I phoned Robin in order to get to know the meeting place. Yeah and he was telling me that he will come in about 30 minutes.
In the meantime we should go to the antiquities store to meet his brother. The next thing what happened to us was very strange. Not only the situation but the french people we met, I mean Erik and me can't speak any fluent french sentence. We took a look around and saw old desks, strange but beautiful pictures and sculptures.
After having a little strange conversion, why such guys from Germany come to Paris to see Alizée having mainly gay fans, meaning little girls and so... But yeah somehow we managed it with their broken english, ok I must confess that mine isn't the best too.
After having that little too long chat Robin arrived and we took the car. In the car there was Robin's boyfriend. Yeah we did some little conversation and decided to visit Robin's family to have dinner. Afterwards Erik and Robin's friend went to a bar to drink some beer. Robin and me otherwise did a little shoot. Yeah I was very tired and not concentrated that day, man think of no sleep and the long car trip from Germany *hehe*. Anyway I gave him Robin's Fan DVD, Une fée nommée ... Alizée. If you want to know more about that DVD visit Robin's DVD site. Furthermore I gave him my letter I wrote for Alizée. Special thanks to Ally for translating that big text into french. But yeah he just told me to give it to Alizée personally, what I did in Paris, 17. January 2004.
After the shoot was finished and Erik and Robin's friend were totally drunken *joke* we started to drive to the concert hall. My hair was wet somehow and I was looking terrible, yeah the shoot was in a swimming pool. I didn't really had time to fix myself up.
Then we arrived, there we saw some of Robin's friends and we all got the tickets for free *Youpidou*
But I must confess that this wasn't the concert I expected, not only because I tried to hide myself from others because I was looking terrible, but because of too many little kids jumping in front of chairs. I was not the atmosphere I felt in Paris, the hall was terrible from my point of view. Yeah it was like just an industrial hall with some chairs...
Then Robin told me that I may can go backstage to Alizée. But the dream ended when he was saying that she doesn't want to see anyone because she was crying, I mean she cried because it was her last concert this year. Bad Luck...
I didn't give up and asked Robin to ask her again, and while he was coming back he told me he has a little surprise for me. I was yeah like freezed as he gave me the autograph Alizée signed with her and my name. Just have a look on the right picture. Yeah I was so happy. And Robin continued with the words that I may meet her backstage in Paris next year...
Although I was surprised on the one hand, I was sad not having seen her too of course. But yeah afterwards Robin, his friend, Erik and me had dinner in a Reim's restaurant with champagner and everything you need. It was like 12pm...yeah amazing...
We left Robin and his friend at about 2am and started our journey to Paris. It took like 2 hours. There we called Jean Baptiste a friend I met on my first Alizée concert. He is photographer too and works for a photo development company in Paris. Just have a look on the left picture. The one with the black bag in front of me (Me holding a little piece of paper in my hand) is JB.
He was our host and that's why we, Erik and I want to thank you man we wouldn't have had so much fun and a place to stay.
Erik, JB and I did some sightseeing and talking, shopping etc.. But it did not last that long because we had to leave on Sunday, 22nd December, to be right back at time for Christmas. It was a great trip!

Me @ Alizée Concerts, Paris 17-01-2004 (France) + AfterShowParty
It started on Friday, the 16th January. I was going to Erik to Hannover by train and then we went to Cologne to pick up Morpheus (Ralf) - 3 guys in a little VW Polo. Man that was crazy enough to go to Paris.
I called my friend Jean Baptiste that we are coming to Paris to see Alizée on her last concert. And yeah I asked him to stay there for like 1-2 days. But I didn't tell him that we were 3 guys. Sorry man!
We arrived early in the morning (about 4 or 5 am) and tried not to wake him up. But yeah probably we did, cause he wanted us to call him at our arrival, but sorry again! We were walking through the city and decided then to go to the concert hall, the Zenith.
There I saw 3 strange people, and it turned out those people were Americans
. We introduced each other and immediately started talking and such things...Oh I forgot to tell you the names of those 3 crazy guys, those were Backinblack(Mark), Mayhem (Ron) and Brian. Later on I got to know the nearly the whole Spanish forum members (Aaron, Akuma, Dani, Homer, Ismael, Kilian, Ernest) and of course Dusty (our organizer), Angelique and her friend Laura.
Yeah and I must confess that standing there so long was not that easy. It was pretty cold too so my feet began to hurt. And btw I needed to go to the toilette and Ron accompanied me. Some cool things happened. We went into a bar to go onto the toilett, as we found it and we tried to open that female toilette door a woman jumped out of it. I do not know why but yeah.. let's go on. After having several toilette visits (man it was so cold you know) we got back into the row where a big crowd was standing now.
I can't really describe everything, so many nations, so much fun we had, it was amazing!!! Then the gates suddenly opened at about 7:20pm. But it was not as easy as we thought before. The problem was that they let us in one at a time, and since we were behind a large group, our only hope was to run like hell. We ran faster than hell to quote Ron's words. Brian took Ron's bag so Ron and I were able to get a good spot for all of us. And somehow we managed to get at the very front, a bit to the left (which was actually better than the middle, since there was more rigging in the middle) with our banner in hand. We used the hour preceding the start to set up some help for holding up the banner, and to get our banner and shirts on camera as the crew took a lot of crowd shots.
8:00 starting time and the show began. Yeah and suddenly I remembered Morpheus standing outside the hall. He didn't got any ticket and I promised him to get one. But I called Robin before to pick him up and to give him a ticket to get in. Yeah and after some long minutes not knowing where Robin and Morpheus had been they arrived what was really relieving. But yeah finally he got in and Robin was in front of the stage too.
The first thing you saw was a giant curtain with a Alizée's logo. I can't really verbalize that feeling when the curtain dropped and Alizée started her performance. The atmosphere, it was incredible yeah not describable. I finally saw her the third time in real, fascinating, how she moved and danced and yeah everything. Her voice made our hearts beating in the rhythm of her songs.
During the show she did a lot stuff I hadn't seen her doing before. She played the guitar and spoke to the audience more than in her very first concerts; yeah she wasn't that "shy" like before. During that show cameras were waving all over us and hopefully recorded us in action. However Alizée made her way to our left side more often than to the middle and the right side of the stage. And of course she had a great look at our banner.
Here something what Brian said in his concert report: "Not long after Lili had a costume change. Then came one of the funniest comments of the night. Riccardo noticed that when Lili changed, she was not wearing a bra. So he taps me and with a big grin on his face he says: "LOOK!! NO BRA!!!". I couldn't help but laugh!!!" No comment!
I'm sorry not being such an enthusiastic writer like Mayhem (Ron). So if you want to read a very good concert report you must also read this concert review. Click here!
After this fantastic concert was finished I looked for Robin in the hope I get a backstage pass from him. And yeah I got it, my backstage pass! You can see my backstage pass in the very beginning of this report. First I wanted to let Ron coming with me, but sadly I wasn't allowed. Sorry dude! As I got backstage I saw lots of people. Kids with their parents, some in my age, but just a few and of course I saw Mylene Farmer. Yeah Jean Baptiste I saw her in real. And I must confess since then I started to hear more french music, Mylene and Calogero. I remember all those moments we watched those DVD's. Thx Mate!
Yeah but then I tried to get through that little crowd of kids to see Alizée in her backstage room. By the way I also have had a chat with the production team. It was a woman and a younger aged man. We talked about where I come from, what I do and what makes me wanting to see Alizée backstage and so on. Yeah it was a nice little chat. They told me to try to fight me through that little crowd because Alizée will leave soon. Yeah and then I stood there, Olivier and Alizée in front of me. I asked Olivier to get in but he said that it's a little late. And yeah I couldn't believe that. I told him I'm the webmaster of Alizee-fanpage.com and I visit Alizée's concerts the 3rd time. And in Reims I wasn't allowed to see her due to her condition. He doesn't really seem to agree and I remember it like it was today that Alizée jumped into the talk. She was saying that everything is ok and that I can come into the backstage room. Yeah she was that cute she understood me ... Incredible, but did I told you that I saw Jeremy too? Hugging Alizée? Mhh yeah strange feeling, but he left the room a few minutes later. I was standing in the edge waiting for Alizée getting ready with some photo shoots of other fans and VIPs.
Then it was my turn. Being so excited I even couldn't say any word. She was so cute, wearing a baggy and a red T-Shirt. We said welcome to each other and then I told her about those crazy Americans and gave her the presents. A Basket with a tinker bell, a snow globe and a T-Shirt with an American flag and some autographs from Brian, Dusty, Mark, Ron and Eric (not Tapetor). She was very delighted with the presents, and btw Olivier, her manager, took a look on the presents too.
Then yeah we did some little conversion, but yeah it's a shame that I don't know any French. But yeah now I'm really learning it, in the hope to meet her again and be able to speak to some French friends...
Then Olivier asked me whether I have a digicam or something like that, yeah and I wondered because it wasn't allowed to get any cam within the concert hall. Damn! So they asked on of their members to take a picture of Alizée and me and Olivier promised me to send it to my email address which I gave him. But finally yeah they somehow forgot it to send. Hopefully I can write something in french to their management. Yeah we will see what the Live DVD will bring along, maybe some backstage things too, I hope...

I got out of the private backstage room. Being hypnotised I stayed there a long time in the backstage area seeing lots of ppl coming and leaving. Then Alizée came out of the room yeah and I asked her about signing the Dollar ($) piece I got from Ron earlier in the day, Thx mate!!! And she did it, and you won't believe it, she left her pen in my hands, yeah dunno whether it was a present or she just forgot it. It doesn't matter, it's mine
, not forever of course. Later on I gave this pen as a present to Ron for doing so much for me and giving me that dollar. Man I hope you still have the pen, and maybe you can send me a picture!
Yeah it was fascinating seeing her there, all those people, Mylene Farmer everything. But then yeah I didn't know what to do else. Yeah my dream has come true. But on the other side I wished I had learned more french to have a longer talk with her.
Then, after leaving the backstage area I called Angelique and Ron to get to know the meeting place, the AfterConcertParty! Then we decided that Ron will come back to the Zenith Concert hall to pick me up and to show me the meeting place.
We walked a lot doing some photos and trying to find a suitable bar to have a drink or more. It's sad that we lost some of our friends, so we were divided into like 2 groups. A funny story what happened to Dusty and some Spanish members you can read here. Dusty, I wish you all the best, and please contact us whenever you need us. Notify us!
And the other group was the one I was with. I remember Eric, Ron, Mark, Brian, Morpheus, Angelique and Brian (her friend), As Monaco, Jean Baptiste, Tapetor and many more. We walked around Pantin for a bar but all of them were closed. Then after million of kilometres
we found a Turkish restaurant where we decided to just ear and have a beer and a funny time. After that we all said good bye to each other. Just have a look on those pictures and the little video posted in the end of the report.
Ah and before I forget, take a look at this car! It's As Monaco's car. This night has been so incredible and magical. I will never forget it and I hope to see you guys again. The best would be another Alizée concert with all the fans, all the great people I got to know due to my site and the forum. It's our Forum and our Fan page, not only mine. You made it as big as it is. Thanks to all people participating in this fanpage and forum.
