Without recording for more than three years she comes back full of hopes and responsabilities in her career, one of the singers more espected in the whole country. Alizée talks us about her new production, future plans, tastes and her next visit to México.

D: Thanks Alizée for granting an interview to us "Dosiz de diversión" ( = "dose of fun") and letting this to be the first mexican magazine that makes contact with you.
A: Merci à vous.

D: Why did you select Mademoiselle Juliette to be the first song to promote your new album "Psychédélices"?
A: Because of the analogy in the love story between Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare that I love, that's why I chose it.

D: How did you choose the 11 songs of the album?
A: My co-workers and I decided it, everyone listened the songs and then we voted which of them would we record.

D: How much have you evolved from Moi Lolita to Mademoiselle Juliette?
A: Mainly I have matured a lot; when I started my career people decided for me, now it's me who take those decisions and everything related to my career.

D: How much time did it take you to record the album?
A: Two years the whole production. Recording, producing, art design... everything that took part of the disc.

D: By the way, why the name of the album?
A: Because I make reference to the stories that come in the CD; because they are not true stories, so I invite everybody to listen and make an imaginary journey with me.

D: In the album there is a song called Lilly Town and we know that this is your nickname, -- I don't understand the question, it's wrong, maybe means: "Did you make the song because of your nickname?" but it doesn't make sense to me. -- ¿La pensaste por tu apodo?
A: Well, they keep saying me Lilly or Alizée but that doesn't have anything to do with the song.

D: Can you talk a little about your co-workers?
A: Jean Fauque wrote the lyrics, Daniel Darc, Fred Lo, the rapper Oxmo Puccino and Jérémy Châtelain wrote the music.

D: In México you have a lot of fans, Is visiting us this year on your schedule?
A: Yes, I know that I have a lot of fans because they send me a lot of messages to MySpace. This year I will be with you, I hope I can visit and get to know more México once I get there, I promise.

D: Tell me 5 things that are important in your life.
A: Mmmm... Number one my family, my profession, travelling, shopping and being at home.

D: What sport do you like?
A: It's not precisely a sport, but I love dancing.

D: What is your favorite meal?
A: Paella. -- I think you'll know what it is, maybe it has a different name in English.

D: Any phobia?
A: To spiders.

D: Your favorite clothes?
A: Dresses.

D: What is your favorite tv show?
A: "Six Feet Under".

D: What music do you listen?
A: Gorillaz, Gwen Stefani, Daft Punk, The Killers and Madonna.

D: Why there are songs with titles in English but written in French in your album?
A: I don't speak English, I understand a little but I'm learning, I have used several words in English because I think that helps people learn the songs.

D: Will you learn Spanish?
A: They taught me a little at school but I forgot already, ha ha.

D: What music did you listen to when you were a child?
A: My parents listened Madonna and The Beatles a lot, and I liked very much.

D: What would you say to the people that want to enter the music world?
A: Work hard and always believe in yourself.

D: Is there any dream left that you haven't acomplished yet?
A: Singing with Madonna.

D: What message do you give the mexican people before your visit?
A: I want to thank you for you support and messages you write to me; I'm sorry I cannot reply to everyone, but see you soon in México!
